Our mission

EYP Russia sees its mission in making the voice of the Russian youth heard on the pan-European arena.

We provide Russian young people with a wide range of opportunities to meaningfully participate in major international youth activities and present their vision of what Europe should become in the years to come. By equipping our young people with the tools they need, we make sure the Russian youth can acquire a solid understanding of the current international affairs and get a first-hand experience in intercultural communication with peers from all over the European continent.

What We Do

Open Forum for Youth

We provide a forum for young people to develop and express their opinions on European political and social issues in an open and welcoming environment.

Intercultural Dialogue

We support intercultural understanding and peacebuilding by bringing young Europeans with different backgrounds closer together to share ideas, opinions and practices.

Skills Development

We present young people across Europe with diverse opportunities for personal growth and skills development through non-formal and peer-led educational activities.

Network of Changemakers

We create a network of the next generation of diverse, young changemakers, equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to positively shape the world around them.

Where you start as a citizen

“Being a citizen can start from really small things – from expressing yourself, forming an opinion and making sure your opinion is heard. And then also listening to others. It’s about taking responsibility for what you are doing and caring for the people around you. In EYP, we live this every day.”

Europe is our connecting point

After travelling to an EYP session, I realised that Europe is not determined by geography. Europe is in our mentality, in our culture and in our minds. It’s our connecting point.

When young people care to act

“Being part of the European Youth Parliament has taken me on a life-changing journey. I have made incredible friends with people from all across the continent, learned about some of the most pressing issues of today, and above all been inspired by what happens when young people care to act and help others to do so, too.”
